Billing questions
01What happens if we go over our monthly words?
Nothing stops. Extra words are billed at your plan's overage rate at the end of the month, and you get an email when you reach 80% and 100% of your plan.
02Do unused words carry over?
On annual plans, unused words carry over for up to three months. On monthly plans, the allowance resets each billing cycle.
03Are reviewer seats charged separately?
No. The review workflow starts on Growth with 15 reviewer seats included, and Enterprise has unlimited reviewers. Reviewers never count as paid users.
04Do 100% memory matches count as words?
No. Lines reused exactly from your translation memory are free on every plan. Fuzzy matches are billed as normal words but are faster to review.
05Can we pay in Indian rupees?
Yes. Prices are listed in US dollars, and Indian businesses can be invoiced in rupees with GST. Contact us for a rupee invoice.
06Can we cancel at any time?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled with a prorated refund within the first 30 days.
